Abstract

The article clarifies the features and substantiates the theoretical approaches and methodological principles for research and management of organizational development of telecommunications enterprises, summarizes methodological aspects to the formation of a pool of alternative strategies for organizational transformations of telecommunications enterprises based on qualitatively new value approaches, their selection, stages of development and implementation of organizational strategies. telecommunications companies that take into account the rapidity of changes and fluctuations in the economic space and are based on the competencies of management to choose a harmonious vector of organizational development.
