Abstract

Broadly speaking, organizational culture is what results from an amalgamation of shared values and behavioral norms in an organization. Organizational values provide a moral compass for employees and direction regarding what is important. Behavioral norms complement values by indicating how things should be done. Organizational cultures can be strong,weak, or even virtually nonexistent.
