Census enumeration sampling technique was applied to adopt the entire population of 278 library staff of the libraries studied as sample. Rating scale was used to elicit data for the study. The research questions were answered with mean score while Pearson Product Moment Correlation (PPMC) was used to test the hypotheses. Findings reveal that: there is a significant but low positive relationship betweenjob satisfaction and use of memo among library staff; there is very low and not significant positive relationship between job satisfaction and use of query among library staff; there is very low and insignificant positive relationship between job satisfaction and use of newsletter among library staff. Based on the findings, the researchers recommended that the management of public libraries in Abia State and Imo State should, from time to time, assess their personnel level of job satisfaction since satisfaction has to do with communication and individuals’ attitude and personal feelings.
