Barry's last 14 years have been spent as Director with the Achievement Awards Group. His prime focus has been on client operations, ensuring the organization delivers on the promise. Special interest areas for Barry include performance improvement in the workplace, research—particularly customer satisfaction—and learning applications to drive performance improvement.
