  • The current study was based positivism research philosophy while employing explanatory study design. 372 respondents were selected as a sample size from population of 5273 employees of 49 insurance firms registered with Insurance Regulatory Authority (IRA) in Kenya (Insurance Regulatory Authority, 2014) using stratified and random sampling
