Abstract
The article studies the organizational and legal support of courts in Ukraine. The relevance of the research is because the organizational and legal support of judicial activity is a constant factor that directly affects the effectiveness of the court, without which justice cannot be exercised at all. It is noted that the process of organizational and legal support of courts is the competence of the court staff and bodies of the State Judicial Administration of Ukraine, the system of institutional nature, where legal relations are clearly regulated by the existing laws and regulations of Ukraine. It is indicated that the organizational and legal support of the courts is manifested as a set of legal, socio-economic, organizational and economic and other measures that provide effective solutions to complex problems in the justice field. Organizational and legal support of the courts is perceived as a set of special measures, tools and methods that have legal content and are aimed at streamlining the structure and functions of the relevant units.
