Abstract

The dynamic development environment requires new approaches to the management of retailers, including the introduction of process-oriented management system. Standardization and regulation of business processes provides an opportunity to increase their effectiveness. Based on theoretical developments and practical research of retailers developed and described the process-organizational model, through building architecture business processes and consolidate top-level responsibility for the execution of business processes to the organizational structure of the retail trade. And also the sequence of documents regulating the activities of retailers.
