Abstract

In the article has been defined that the strategic orientation of the enterprise presupposes a certain compromise between the sectoral areas of the enterprise’s economic infrastructure, which is based on the maximum possible using the strengths for ensure, deepen and expand of high-quality competitive products for a long run. In this regard, in the article have been developed an organizational and economic mechanism for the strategic management of an enterprise in the context of the innovative strategies’ implementation for diversifying activities with the contemporary involvement of certain innovative resources directed to the development of additional management areas. The mechanism development was implemented on the basis of using a systematic approach, which is primarily due to the complexity of the control object, a wide range of control elements, as well as the need to take into account the characteristics of endogenous and exogenous influence factors.
