Abstract

The article highlights the system of organization of the department for effective work and the provision of resuscitation care to newborn children. The experience of well-coordinated teamwork is presented, which allows nursing newborns with severe pathology and premature babies with low and extremely low body weight. The main goal of this organizational process is to make the work of ward (guard) nurses the most effective for the assigned tasks of the department.
