Ever since the focus of organisations in the fields of social work, socio-economics, healthcare, and culture and education, which functioned as an appendage of the public administration authorities, has switched towards markets and management, the question of ensuring their survival has arisen, attached to which are also more fundamental questions: What is an organisation? What is management? When and why do organisations have to change? How can stagnation and change in organisations be explained? What does management need in order to implement change? How can organisations be analysed? How can organisations be changed practically? What demands are placed on management bodies in organisations?
