Abstract
Organic electroluminescent diodes containing tetra- tert-butylphthalocyanine, tetrakis(3-phenylneopentyloxy)-phthalocyanine and tetrakis(3-phenylneopentyloxy)-phthalocyaninatocopper(II) were prepared by the vacuum deposition method. The current–voltage ( I– U) characteristics and the electroluminescence (EL) spectra were measured.
