Abstract
3-(β-D-Ribofuranosyl) thymidine 2', 3'-cyclic phosphate (V) and 5-bromouridine 2', 3'-cyclic phosphate (VIII) were synthesized. These two phosphates were found to be hydrolyzed to the corresponding 3'-phosphates by pancreatic ribonuclease (RNase-I-A).
