Organ visualisation with technetium 99m preparations.

Abstract

Selected examples are presented in this paper to illustrate the potentialities of the use of some of the 99mTc compounds for organ visualisation. Although no attempt has been made at clinical evaluation, the additional information which can be gained by this means is both useful and impressive to those familiar with the technique. The purpose of this paper is to demonstrate the advantages of using 99mTc preparations. The calculated body load from the use of these compounds is summarised in Table IV which is prepared after Smith (1965).
