Abstract

A 33-year-old male presented with a sudden onset of left periorbital swelling and painless erythema over left lower eyelid after vigorous nose blowing (Figure 1a). There was no history of paranasal sinusitis, no trauma to the nose or face and no history of facial or nose surgery.
