Abstract
A 16-year-old boy had orbital cellulitis, subperiosteal abscess, sinusitis, and septicemia. Arcanobacterium haemolyticum was identified as the causative organism. This organism is a cause of orbital cellulitis and may require aggresive therapy in order to achieve a therapeutic response.
