Abstract
In this paper, an orbital angular momentum (OAM) multiplexing system under partial angular aperture receiving with multiple receiving elements is modeled for wireless communications. The corresponding channel model is also presented. According to the given model, the capacity performance of the OAM multiplexing system is evaluated by numerical simulations and compared with that of the traditional multiple-input multiple-output system.
