Bachmann, P. J. ; Hershey, J. L. Abstract New astrometric data from the Sproul 61-cm refractor are included in the solutions for the orbit and masses of Algol AB, C. For the first time an orbital determination has been made by combining all astrometric, photometric time-of-minimum, and spectroscopic data in a single solution by simultaneous differential correc- tions to all elements. Results of separate and combined solutions of the three kinds of data are presented. The errors of all orbital elements have been computed and carried through the computations for the masses, which have been computed from several sets of observed quantities. Combining elements independent of the parallax, a mass of 5.3M0 is found for Algol AB and I.8M0. for AIgol C. A list of minima from 1929 to 1967 is pre- sented which extends the lengthy compilation by Kopal (1960).
