Abstract

It is necessary to keep the constellation with high accuracy and high stability in a space-based gravitational wave observatory. Few orbital maneuvers are carried out in the science mode, which puts forward higher requirements for the initial constellation condition. The orbit determination method for the space-based gravitational wave observatory is mainly studied in this paper. Firstly, the orbit determination accuracy requirement of the space-based gravitational wave observatory is analyzed. And then, an orbit determination method based on an extended Kalman filter is designed to improve the orbit determination accuracy by using inter-satellite range and angle measurement information.
