Abstract

Orange flavor stands out as the most widely consumed products among fruit-based beverages ready for consumption. In 2009, orange flavor had a 35% share, ahead of apple flavor, which had a 16% share (Graph 38). However, in some markets, such as the United States, consumption of apple juice has been gaining ground over orange juice consumption.
