Background: The nasopalatine duct cyst it is a nonodontogenic development cyst, that frequently occurs in the midline of the anterior maxillary region, and the treatment consists in enucleation. After the removal can be develop a communication with the nasal cavity, that depending on the size, can solve on your own or establish an oralnasal fistula.
