Optische Eigenschaften von SeH−-, Se−- und Se−−-Ionen in KCl- und KBr-Kristallen

Abstract

SeH−-centers are investigated in analogy to SH−-centers. New other centers can be produced by photochemical reaction or by reducing treatment with an excess of potassium (F-centers). Their chemical composition is Se− and Se−−. They show a double band structure in the UV, which is interpreted as spin orbit splitting.
