Abstract
Ship enterprises have strong advantages in developing non-ship business and can carry out diversified range of management conveniently. In order to make optimal option of non-ship business and increase the integral competitiveness and anti-risk capability of ship enterprises, the ship enterprises must recognize the values of the enterprises resource and capability in developing non-ship business. Based on the analysis of the factors affecting the choice of the non-ship business, the model on choice of non-ship business for ship enterprises is built, the weight of each evaluating factor is determined based on AHP and the systematical definition of measurement principle of each index is made, thus the spread use of the model is practical.
