Abstract
1. The operating conditions recommended in the literature for hydraulic lifts in pressurized hydraulic transport systems are not usually the optimum. 2. The most suitable in respect of energy consumption is the dry charge conditions of the hydraulic lift, since the ratio of solid to liquid components must correspond to optimum consistency of the hydraulic mix in the pressure pulp line.
