Abstract
The optimum demodulation code for pseudo-noise (PN) binary phase shift keying systems in the presence of a strong sinusoidal interference is shown to be the sum of the PN code and a sinusoidal sequence. The new demodulation method has greatly improved performance compared to PN code demodulation.
