Abstract
Abstract Chromatographic resolution in liquid-solid adsorption columns was analytically investigated to determine the adsorbent fraction in a column in terms of the solvent distribution coefficient. The quantitative results show that the resolution can be improved up to several times depending on the adsorbent fraction in the column and the solvent distribution coefficient.
