Optimizing the Conversion to Step-Feed Biological Nitrogen Removal Reduces Nitrogen Credit CostsThe Metropolitan District Commission operates four wastewater treatment plants serving the city of Hartford Connecticut and its surrounding communities and which are located in the Long Island Sound (LIS) watershed.
