Abstract

This research delves into the complex interplay between data analysis, government policies, sustainable supply chain practices, budgetary efficiency, and localized economic growth within the public sector in Indonesia. In employing a quantitative research design, the study utilizes a Likert scale for data measurement. Data collection includes an analysis of government policies through official sources, financial records for budgetary efficiency metrics, and surveys for sustainable supply chain practices. Economic indicators and employment statistics inform the assessment of localized economic growth. Findings reveal significant positive impacts of data analysis on sustainable supply chain practices and localized economic growth, with no significant impact on budgetary efficiency. Government policies notably affect sustainable supply chain practices, budgetary efficiency, and localized economic growth. Sustainable supply chain practices also positively influence budgetary efficiency and localized economic growth. Further analysis indicates that a sustainable supply chain does not mediate the relationship between data analysis and budgetary efficiency but does mediate between data analysis and localized economic growth. Similarly, it does not mediate the relationship between government policies and budgetary efficiency or between government policies and localized economic growth. The study enhances understanding of these multifaceted dynamics, contributing theoretically and practically. However, limitations related to data availability and accuracy exist. Recommendations include considering nuanced relationships and improving data quality. This research emphasizes the importance of data-driven decision-making and the pivotal role of government policies in driving sustainable practices, economic growth, and budgetary efficiency within the public sector, providing valuable insights for policymakers and organizations alike.
