A cluster sampling technique was employed to gather responses from 531 participants in the initial survey and 478 participants in the subsequent survey. The results of the quantitative analysis provided a nuanced understanding of the relationships between team collaboration, operational efficiency, risk management, and adaptability in the context of hotel project management. This research contributed to the existing knowledge by providing empirical evidence on the key determinants of efficient project management within the hotel industry.
