Abstract
Dr. Phansalkar is an Instructor in Psychiatry, Harvard Medical School, Boston, MA, and an Attending Psychiatrist, Taunton State Hospital, Taunton, MA; and Dr. Osser is an Associate Professor of Psychiatry at Harvard Medical School, Boston, MA, and Associate Medical Director, Taunton State Hospital, 60 Hodges Avenue Extension, Taunton, MA 02780; E-mail: [email protected].
