Abstract

Large-scale renewable energy in Jibei Grid is collected and sent out through the power transmission channel, and the installed capacity of renewable energy far exceeds the capacity of the channel. Because of the limit of renewable energy transmission channels delivery ability, improving the installed capacity of renewable energy and ensuring the consumption and delivery of renewable energy has become an urgent problem to solve This paper analyzes the output characteristics of wind power and PV in the renewable energy transmission channel in Jibei district, and defines two characteristic indexes: effective output and guaranteed output. Aiming at the maximum scale of renewable energy, a optimized proportioning method of wind and PV considering the delivery capacity of renewable energy transmission channel is proposed in this paper. Through the analysis of typical examples, it can be seen that by reducing the effective output of renewable energy, the installed scale of renewable energy can be increased and the renewable energy transmission can be guaranteed when the channel transmission capacity is determined. The method proposed in this paper improves the collection capacity and utilization efficiency of renewable energy channels, reduces the number and investment of renewable energy transmission projects, and has good application value in the actual power grid planning.
