Abstract

Considering the alternation load of the high-clearance sprayer, the pesticide box is affected by transverse and longitudinal vibration. However, the shaped bracket of the pesticide box is important to machine elements, which mainly bear the load and have serious damage and high failure frequency. Therefore, the optimization design of the shaped bracket of the pesticide box of the high-clearance sprayer is given. In detail, a finite element analysis method is put forward. With the method, the change law of the stress-strain for the shaped bracket is discussed in different environmental loads. Then, the optimal parameter of the shaped bracket is explored in the case of ultimate load. The simulation results have important theoretical significance for improving the fatigue life of the shaped bracket and have practical significance for improving the vibration stability and safety of the high-clearance sprayer.
