Abstract

Aiming at the problems of the low coverage and poor connectivity of traditional wireless sensor networks, a design method of an efficient and optimized wireless sensor network for dairy farming is proposed. The coverage and connectivity of wireless sensor networks are two key issues to be considered in the deployment of network nodes. Particle swarm optimization is used to optimize the node deployment of wireless sensor networks. The experimental results show that the proposed method can quickly and effectively realize the global optimization of wireless sensor network layout, overcome the influence of fixed sensor nodes on layout optimization, and achieve fast convergence speed and improve the effective coverage of wireless sensor networks. At the same time, the particle swarm optimization algorithm can effectively find the optimal nodes that can be added in the network, and connect the network into a whole by adding a small number of nodes to make the network stable and effective.
