Abstract

The presented scientific work on the optimization of the reduction of the cost of production of cheap beef in meat cattle breeding in the Carpathian region of Bukovyna. The work is devoted to the economic analysis of the reduction of the cost of production of cheap beef when implementing a new progressive technology of meat cattle breeding in the Carpathian region of Ukraine. Various economic and statistical methods of information collection and processing were used in the research process. Statistical data of the Ministry Agrarian policy and food Ukraine, State Statistics Service of Ukraine, data from annual reports and analytical accounting in the Chernivtsi region were used as analytical material. As a result of the conducted research, what are the proposed recommendations for the progressive branch of meat cattle breeding, which are aimed at improving the breed condition and breeding qualities of the new population of the created Bukovyna zonal type of meat komologo Simmental of ruminants, deepening specialization, achieving the optimal concentration of livestock and mastering intensive technologies of breeding, breeding, feeding, reproduction and maintenance of animals in the Carpathian region of Bukovyna.
