Abstract

The article describes a stochastic multiphase multichannel queuing system with an unlimited input capacity for the coordination of commercial business deals in an industrial enterprise. To build the model, it is proposed a conceptual map was used. The model allows experiments in the virtual world to optimize the parameters of a real process. As a result of experiments on the model, “bottlenecks” were identified in the process of negotiating deals. Recommendations are proposed to reduce the coordination time, which allows increasing the number of agreed business deals by 3 times.
