Abstract

The aim of the research was the scientific justification of the optimization of activity of the interterritorial centers of health for children and technologies of an assessment of their work. Materials and methods. Research was executed on the basis of the interregional center of health for children. Children of school age, their parents, health workers and teachers of the educational organizations were the object of research. Forms No. 68 "Data on activity of the center of health" and No. 002 - TsZ/u-2- "The card of a healthy lifestyle of the child" during 2011-2014 are analyzed. There was performed sociological questionnaire survey of the examined schoolchildren (459 questionnaires), their parents (750 questionnaires) and on the use of the electronic catalog (63 questionnaires). There was executed the expert assessment of the Internet facilities engaged in a healthy lifestyle (24 networks of Vkontkte). Results. The developed system of measures for the optimization of the activity of the interterritorial center of health includes algorithm of exit work, creation of the electronic catalog of resources and methodical materials for carrying out schools of health, an assessment of the communities which are engaged in advance of a healthy lifestyle on social networks, the organization of the online-center of health. The tool of an assessment of system of measures for the optimization of activity of the centers of health represents a three-level scale of an assessment for each level of which there were developed indicators with weight coefficients. Conclusion. Introduction of measures for optimization of activity of the centers of health for children and a scale of her assessment promote the improvement of the quality and availability of services of given centers to the children's population.
