Optimization of the method for the simultaneous determination of 490 pesticides in beer

The key stage of this work was the removal of interfering substances by selecting individual sorbents or their mixtures enabling the matrix effect (ME) reduction while obtaining acceptable recoveries for each analyte
Two matrices were selected for the research: light and dark beer and 490 active substances of plant protection products (PPPs)
Instrumental determinations were carried out using GC-MS/MS and LC-MS/MS technology
