Abstract

In this article, an attempt has been made to substantiate the construction of buildings on permafrost soils with basements with insulated walls. Calculations were carried out using the developed program for calculating the thermal interaction of a building with permafrost soils. The calculations have shown that with a certain ratio of thicknesses of the basement walls and the basement floor insulation, it is possible to exclude not only the formation of a soil thawing, but also to achieve positive economic effect.
