Abstract
Strengthening the food security of Kazakhstan, increasing the stocks of food products in the country is an effective method of preventing inflation -optimizing the work of agricultural processing enterprises. Sush methods as statistical-economic, analytical, comparative analysis were used to analyze the current state of development of processing enterprises in the country. When summarizing the results of the study, systematic, monographic, computational and constructive approaches were used. The article considers the directions of cardinal solution of the problem of food security in the country in the next three years. Taking into account the works of domestic scientists, presented on food safety and the state of food processing enterprises, they classified the problems, drew conclusions on optimizing the work of processing enterprises. Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that in order to fully provide the population of the republic with socially significant food products, it is necessary to create specialized processing plants in regional centers and single-industry towns according to the map of the location of villages in accordance with the level of specialization of the regions. Organization and strengthening of agricultural cooperatives by increasing the production and financial literacy of small business entities. In order to ensure stable sales of agricultural products and their promotion to the consumer without intermediaries, it is necessary to create a network of agrologistic and service, wholesale and distribution centers at each of the processing enterprises.
