Abstract
This paper presents the results of developing experimental-statistical models of the influence of technological parameters of the sintering process on the reducibility and hot strength of the sinter based on the results of experimental sintering. The statistical data was processed by the method of a two-level factorial experiment (2k or Design Of Experiments) using the Minitab 19 software package for obtaining the regression dependences. The possibility of solving the problem of optimizing the technological mode of the process by the mass fraction of FeO in the sinter with a change in charge conditions based on the obtained regularities is shown
