Shipping companies meet customer needs by cooperating. Service quality is the evaluation of customers' recognition of the services provided by enterprises. High-quality service not only wins the trust of customers, but it also establishes the brand image of enterprises during their development. The main research content of this paper is how to improve the service quality by designing reasonable incentive systems because the level of efforts of shipping companies are not observable.
