Abstract

Abstract – The work is devoted to solving the problem of optimization of allocation of additional reactive power sources (RPS) in distributed electrical networks (EN) on the criterion of maximum profitability of investments, taking into account allowable voltage fluctuations. The calculation of the extreme values of RPS is performed on the results of modelling the “ideal” EN modes according to the principle of least action. In order to take into account the economic aspects of the design problem, it is proposed to use economic resistances and obtain mathematical relationships for their determination. In order to take into account the constraints on voltage fluctuations in EN nodes, the extreme power of the RPS is corrected by the results of an additional optimization problem solution. For its formulation, the coefficients of the distribution of losses and elements of the Jacobi sensitivity matrix were used, which made it possible to linearize it. Unlike the methods of searching for variants, the application of such an approach significantly reduces the duration of calculations and allows you to obtain a solution that is as close as possible to the global extremum of the main target function.
