Abstract

The effectiveness of the Company largely depends on the professional skills of employees, but even more so on the organization of business processes, including production ones. If the processes in the organization are not built or built, but not correctly, then employees will face constant obstacles in solving problems in connection with which their productivity and the efficiency of the process as a whole will decrease.The article presents the results of the project for the development of a continuous improvement system at OC Kondaneft JSC using lean manufacturing tools and process approach methods that made it possible to reduce costs and increase the efficiency of production processes.
