Abstract

An ICS-BP model for the operation and maintenance of the path optimization method is proposed to solve the path optimization problem based on the actual operation and maintenance of offshore wind turbines. The model comprehensively considers the impact of offshore wind speed and waves on the operation and maintenance ships, obtains the equivalent path matrix through the BP neural network model, and optimizes the path through the improved Cuckoo algorithm search (ICS). To verify the model’s effectiveness, the data of an offshore wind field is used, and the optimized path is greatly improved compared with other methods.
