Abstract

Due to the recent development of different types of flexible displays, the lamination process for bonding between the organic light-emitting diode (OLED) panel and the window cover has become more important. In this study, we studied the process technology that can be applied to various types of displays by applying the pattern lamination process method using optically clear resin(OCR) instead of the existing optically clear adhesive (OCA). The OCR pattern was optimized by adding dam pattern during the process, and the overflow was within 0.1 mm and the thickness deviation was within 10%. Using the optimized process method, OCR with various viscosities could be used to optimize the process.
