Abstract
Inventory management is more important in the Agriculture materials to avoid post harvesting losses during the storage. Multi-Item deterministic model is used to determine Economic ordering quantity among different types of Rice. Short Grain Size, Medium Grain Size and Long Grain Size are the major types of rice in India. The cost of processing and holding costs is calculated in the paddy processing Industry in India. The costs are taken for calculating the Economic Ordering Quantity using Multi-item deterministic model to avoid storage problem and Post harvesting losses.
