Abstract

A preliminary parametric model of the bunker system was developed, on the basis of which a pumping unit was arranged on the chassis of the KAMAZ car, used for the transportation and supply of powdered material during plugging operations at oil and gas wells. The target parameters of the volume, weight and dimensions of the hopper were examined when the conditions for its placement on the truck chassis were met. The model is built on nine basic parameters in the top-level assembly, whose values are passed to the lower-level part and subassembly models. Examples of operation of parametric model of bunker system are given. The methodology was developed and studies were carried out on the influence of five variable parameters of the bunker system on the target parameters of the structure, among which the hopper volume parameter was mainly recognized, and others play the role of constraints. Constructed regression models adequately describe the relationships of target and variable model parameters. The task of multidimensional optimization is set and solved, as a result of which the composition of optimal parameters of the bunker system with maximum useful volume is determined.KeywordsHopper systemPump unitAssembly of unitsSolid-state modelMultivariable designRegression analysisVolume optimization
