Abstract
AbstractThe L9(34) orthogonal experimental design was carried out with four factors including di-chloromethane-40% ammonia concentration ratio, solid-liquid ratio, extraction time and extraction power. The content of genistein, oxymatrine, matrine, daucostalin and chrysan-thin in the extract was calculated by information entropy weighting method, and the comprehensive score was obtained by weighted treatment. The optimum process was selected by orthogonal analysis with comprehensive score. The optimum extraction process was as follows: dichloromethane-40% ammonia concentration ratiois 25∶1.0, solid-liquid ratio is 1∶30, the extraction time is 20 min, and the extraction power is 80 W. The average value of five validation experiments was 0.180. The results showed that the optimized extraction process was stable and feasible, and the extraction rate was high.KeywordsSophora tonkinensisHPLCOrthogonal testExtraction technologyInformation entropy
