Abstract

According to the problem of noise caused by fluid pulsation in the piston pump, and related to the opening form, position and size of damping slot on the flow plate, a new type of distribution disc with double V discharge slot is designed again. Then CFD simulation software is used to simulate the design of the flow distribution disc into the piston pump. Finally, through simulation, it is concluded that the width of the triangle slot of the distribution plate is about 10°, the slope angle is about 12°, and the diameter of the unloading hole is about 0.8mm. When the diameter of the hole in the unloading hole is about 1.5mm, the flow curve is the smoother, and the pressure is the smoothest. Force shock and noise are also minimized at this time.
