Abstract
In this research, linear programming is the chosen method for optimizing aircraft center of gravity. The method was tested on the Airbus A320 and Boeing 757 aircraft. In order to successfully accommodate the special company requests, certain modifications are applied. Formulation of the proposed method enables the use of real data for the passenger and cabin baggage weight, instead of statistical values which are commonly used. The proposed method is simple to use, modify, upgrade or apply in existing systems.

Summary
Osnovni ulazni podatak o težištu vazduhoplova dat je suvim indeksom opterećenja (DOI – Dry Operating Index). Slika 2 - Optimalna linija težišta vazduhoplova B757 Pored vrednosti DOI, masa i položaj plaćenog tereta utiče na položaj ZFM, a ovaj uticaj je moguće predstaviti indeksom Ii. Tražene vrednosti (raspored tereta) će u zadatku biti formulisane kao promenljive xi, a problem je grafički prikazan na slici 3. Testiranjem priložene metode u praksi, dobijeno je potpuno poklapanje Ropt sa ZFM u slučaju da je moguće uticati na raspored putnika po zonama i korišćenje svih teretnih odeljaka. Uvođenjem dodatnih ograničenja (procedure aviokompanije, zapreminska opterećenja, fiksan raspored putnika) dobija se blago odstupanje ZFM od Ropt, ali dati plan utovara ispunjava sve zahteve i ograničenja. U praksi potpuno poklapanje ZFM i Ropt nije neophodno, a često ni moguće usled dodatnih ograničenja, kao i razlike realnih i predviđenih podataka (masa plaćenog tereta), zbog čega postoji operativna zona položaja težišta. Cilj koji je zadat – ispunjenje svih datih ograničenja uz optimalan položaj težišta, ili položaj blizak optimalnom je potpuno ispunjen i time ovakva formulacija zadatka opisuje realno stanje
