Abstract

As the main control element of the hydraulic system, the hydraulic slide valve plays an important role in the hydraulic system. If the flow speed of the oil at the throttle of the hydraulic slide valve is too fast, the oil temperature will rise rapidly, and the vortex and noise will be produced, which will cause energy loss and have adverse effects on the system. According to the flow distribution of the hydraulic slide valve, the flow channel model of the slide valve before and after optimization is established, and the numerical simulation analysis of the slide valve channel is carried out by using FLUENT simulation software. By changing the shape of flow channel and valve spool, the flow field distribution in the slide valve is more uniform, and the flow velocity in the flow channel is reduced, which provides the basis for improving the performance of hydraulic valve.
